Get Involved
Parental involvement leads to stronger and engaged relationships with your school. With both parents and the school engaged, there is more clear communication between teachers, parents and children. This gives parents confidence in the school's approach to education and learning.

Consistent community involvement and engagement at all levels of the school have been shown time and time again to have significant short- and long-term benefits.

According to a recent policy brief from the National Education Association (NEA), “when schools, parents, families, and communities work together to support learning, students tend to earn higher grades, attend school more regularly, stay in school longer, and enroll in higher level programs”.

Volunteer
Volunteers bring special skills and resources to our schools, and we are always looking for dedicated parents, senior citizens and community members who seek meaningful opportunities to make a difference for children. Volunteers are encouraged to contact the school staff or the school’s main office or parent-teacher groups to learn about volunteer needs at their children’s school.
